4 PYTC 2 Sex Offenses On October 9, 2013 the Pascua Yaqui Tribal Council amended the Sex Offender Notitication and Registration provisions of the Pascua Yaqui Code. The new provisions require sex offenders to register according to a new 3 tiered system set forth in the amended code provisions.
